CABE remains steadfast in its commitment to advancing equity and opportunity for multilingual learners. In response to the closure of the federal Office of English Language Acquisition (OELA), the Multilingual Education Policy Partners (MEPP) issued a statement calling on California to stay the course in supporting Multilingual learners and highlighting resources educators and community advocates can continue to reference in those efforts. Together with our partners, we will continue advocating for the resources and leadership needed to ensure multilingual learners can thrive in every community.
